Our shopping cart and credit card payment are handled through Paypal.com.
Why do we use Paypal?

2) They offer protection and arbitration for both buyer and seller
3) They charge us lower fees to complete the transaction, assisting us in keeping our prices low.
4) They accept payment from most countries.

We can accept money orders in US$, send an email with item description and item number to sales@dreamforge-games.com with your shipping address and we can provide a total. Please allow an additional five days for the money order to clear the bank.

To purchase items online, simply use the Shopping Cart button on the item page.
Your Shopping Cart will link back to Paypal and track the item total. When you have completed your shopping, you will be taken back to Paypal to finalize your transaction. You will receive an email from Paypal documenting your transaction. If you do not receive an email from Paypal within 24 hours, please contact us and we can verify your transaction from our end. We will send you a confirmation that payment has been received within 72 hours. Company vacations and US holidays may extend this time, we will attempt to post any planned holidays on the first page of our web site. We will contact you again, if there are any anticipated delays or when your item ships. From time to time we may experience longer shipping delays due to the number of pending orders or a failure in one of the molds, if this is the case we will contact you to give an expected ship date or offer a refund.

SHIPPING
We ship USPS and UPS at your request, Shipping insurance is optional, but we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting in shipping. If you have not paid for shipping insurance you will not be covered by our warranty for shipping damage (broken, chipped or damaged parts) We ship anywhere in the world. (Note) USPS cannot track packages up to the minuet, UPS can but the costs are higher. We will provide a tracking number regardless of your chosen shipping method. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery, most kits will ship within one week of order, If we think that we will not be able to ship in the near future, we will contact you and give an expected delivery date, and offer to refund your purchase.
