SUBMISSIONS
Anything posted or submitted to a DFG forum, blog, e-mail etc. or other material submitted to any physical DFG company address will become the property of DFG. This includes, ideas, suggestions, concepts and designs graphical and intellectual. DFG shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever. When you submit any material you agree, that you are assigning all intellectual property rights in that material to DFG and that DFG has the right to use that material at any time in part or entirely for any purpose including for commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes without any obligation (including any financial obligation) to you now or at any time in the future. By posting or submitting you have agreed waive and relinquish any rights that may exist in any content and agree not to assert any rights over that content.

Why the heavy-handed policy? We post this to protect ourselves legally; one example would be an open exchange of ideas regarding our game system or a model on a DFG forum. Lets say your suggestion is brilliant and we decide to update our rules based on your suggestion, this may open us up to legal action if you desired compensation for your suggestion. If you are unhappy with this policy, then please do not post or send any material to DFG Email, Blog or forum.

JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States. We reserve the rights to seek claims in US courts or other jurisdictions if it is appropriate to do so. If any part of this agreement is void or unenforceable it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
