If you have never built a resin kit, you may feel a little lost when your package reaches your door… We
try to provide all the basic information you will need in the web-based instructions. If you get lost in the process and need
advice, we are here for you ineedhelp@dreamforge-games.com None of our kits require “pinning” (pinning is the use of small metal pins that are counter drilled into
the resin and used to secure two or more components together) but it may be a good idea for components that support weight.
A few things to remember about resin models:
1) When resin is heated under hot tap water you can bend it, we recommend using a large pot with hot tap
water, leave it in for around 3-5 minuets and SLOWLY bend the part. When you have it back into shape, run it under cool tap
water and it will stay in position (note we cannot be responsible if you damage your kit) if you break something, all is not
lost! Crazy glue works wonders, and with a little filler you won’t even know.
2) The glues we recommend are Crazy-glue, 2-ton epoxy (great for parts that support weight) and ZAP. You may
have a better alternative.
3) Resin is NOT good to inhale! Wear a dust mask while sanding.
4) Resin is softer than plastic, and more prone to break, work slowly and carefully, if something does not fit,
do not force it! Decide if it is better to remove material or if you need to heat it and bend it slightly.
5) Do yourself a favor and get a small rotary tool with a grinding bit… you will save loads of time and
your fingers from knife cuts.
6) Use an epoxy clay or model filler to fill gaps, we recommend Magic-Sculpt, http://magicsculp.com It sands at the same rate as the resin and works like a dream. You can also use it to personalize you kit with symbols,
horns and what-have-you.
7) WASH YOU MODEL! We use paintable mold release but this does not guarantee that your paint will stick. Wash
in warm water with a liquid dish detergent.
8) Paint your kit with primer, this will help you paint adhere and will help show any surface defects before
your final coats. We recommend a sandable primer such as automotive primer. Krylon also makes a great no drip primer.
9) Have fun and take your time! Rushing through the build process may leave you a little disappointed with your
results.
The product recommendations made above are based on our experience; you may have differing results, so please
use the recommendations with caution.

We ship USPS and UPS at your request, Shipping insurance is optional, but we cannot be held
responsible for damages resulting in shipping.

allow 15-30 days for delivery, most kits will ship within one week of order, but in some circumstances we may have a
backlog of orders. If we think that we will not be able to ship in the near future, we will contact you and give an expected
delivery date, and offer to refund your purchase.
Returns:
We take great pride in supplying you with the best quality kit possible. If there is a defect or shipping damage,
you are required to contact us within 48 hours to receive a return authorization. No return will be accepted without an RMA
# clearly posted on the outside of the box.
We will not take back your partially completed kit, please do not ask.
